We went on a stroll through York city this weekend and discovered a lot of hidden gems, like this cute little alley way with market lights strung across the street. How adorable!! There was also the cutest brewery, called Mudhook Brewing Co. where my husband loves to go with his buddies, that I couldn’t resist taking photos in front of. The many planters under windowsills and on walls were so beautiful with bright flowers blooming, and their outdoor seating area was so perfect! The brewery sits on the corner of two alleys, so if you sit in their outdoor seating, you aren’t bothered by the noisy city traffic. It’s a quaint little spot in the middle of a city. I just love it!
This chambray dress is perfect for summer strolls! It is lightweight, so it’s not too hot, and when there is a breeze the ruffle detail at the bottom floats around in the wind, but I don’t have any issues with my whole dress flying up and exposing anything! I love that, because this is something I am always worrying about when I wear dresses. To accessorize a little, I wore this tooled leather Topshop crossbody bag. I am OBSESSED with it! It almost looks vintage because of the color variations in the leather and the woven edges. I love it when Topshop offers bohemian inspired pieces. They always nail it, but I don’t see them doing it a whole lot, so it is super welcomed! My sandals are Steve Madden from Nordstrom, but are sold out online already!! I linked a similar pair above in the outfit details. I would say this is my ideal summer outfit. I’d love to know, what are your favorite summer looks?
